There’s places where it’s appropriate to use colloquial and humorous language in a webapp. Tax filing software is not one them. I think that Intuit is doing a great job of making their software and the entire tax preparation process more approachable, but joking about your legal terms teaches users to gloss over what is a pretty important binding agreement. I would have preferred that they offered a breakdown (maybe in 3 bullets) of the agreement and suggested that users read more.
